1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree with any portion, please discontinue using the application.

2. Astrological Guidance Disclaimer

Astro Engineer provides Vedic astrological readings, predictions, and AI-driven spiritual mentoring for entertainment, psychological empowerment, and self-reflection. Astrological interpretations are based on traditional principles and should not be used as substitutes for professional legal, medical, psychiatric, or financial counsel.

3. Daily Free Quota & Rewarded Ads

Users are granted 1 minute (60 seconds) of free live consultation per calendar day. Users may voluntarily watch sponsored video ads to unlock additional minutes (+1 min per 20s ad). Quotas, ad availability, and reward lengths are subject to operational adjustments.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the application to:

• Transmit abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content to AI astrologers.
• Attempt automated extraction, scraping, or reverse engineering of the app binaries or AI endpoints.
• Bypass or exploit ad reward mechanisms.

5. Intellectual Property

All brand assets, character avatars, custom UI designs, graphics, and server-driven templates are the exclusive intellectual property of Astro Engineer.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, India.
